Solo exhibition proposals are reviewed annually, and group exhibitions are considered on a
rolling basis as needed. To have your work considered for an exhibition, please submit the
following:
- A letter of interest stating the type of exhibition you are proposing. If you are responding
to a call for submission in a group show, please state the name of the group show.
- Digital files, a slide sheet of slides or prints of 8-20 images, with your name, title of work,
size, medium, date of completion (indicate the “top”) on each image.
- An image list with the price of each work.
- A resume or curriculum vitae.
- An Artist’s Statement
- A self-addressed stamped envelope for return of slides or prints if you want them to be returned.
- A $15.00 non-refundable submission fee is required with submission package.
Please note that submissions will be held until the next annual meeting of the gallery jury
panel. Unless you are responding to a group show call for entry, we are now reviewing for
the 2010-11 calendar year. You may not receive a response for up to 3 months. Upon
decision of the jury panel, artists will be informed of the jury’s decisions and slides may be
retained until time of exhibition.
