Please Note: Classes and Workshops are filled on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve a class or workshop session for you unless you submit the registration form above. All classes must be paid for at the time of registration. Classes fill up quickly, so we suggest that you register as early as possible to guarantee your requests.
Refunds will not be issued less than seven days prior to the start of classes/camps.
Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the start of classes may request a Brickton class credit. Class credits may be redeemed directly at BAC and are only applicable towards other class registrations.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT |
| Please read this form carefully and be aware that in signing up and participating in this program, you will be waiving and releasing all claims for injuries you might sustain arising out of this program. As a participant in the program, I recognize that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree to assume the full risk of injuries, damages, and/or loss which I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities with or associated with such programs. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have as a result of participating in the program against the Brickton Art Center, and their officers, agents, servants, and employees. I do hereby release and discharge the Brickton Art Center, and their officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims from injury, damage, and/or loss which I may have as a result of participating in the program. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Brickton Art Center, and their officers, agents, servant, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages, and losses sustained by me and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program. I have read and fully understand the above Program Details and Waiver Release of all Claims. Waivers MUST be signed by participant(s)’ legal guardian. Checking the box below will be considered by the Brickton Art Center as confirmation that you have agreed to the Waiver. |
